Here are the basic types of A4 paper you can choose from:

1. Volume copier or printer paper – This is ideal for general office use, particularly black and white printing and copying, using a broad range of machines. In most cases, this will be more suitable for internal documents like memos, reports and letters.

2. Multifunctional office paper – This type of A4 paper is also suitable for most types of machines, especially laser colour printers and photocopiers. 4. Speciality inkjet and photo paper – This type of premium A4 paper should be used when you need to reproduce photographs or create high quality colour presentations, newsletters, brochures, or greeting cards.

5. Coloured paper – While white is by far the most popular colour for office A4 paper there is a wide range of colour options you can use to make documents more eye-catching. It is perfect for making your mailings and notices more striking and for colour coding all your internal communications and filing
